How it works

Get an added bonus for picking up shifts on ShiftRx. It's simple: work your shifts back to back, and ShiftRx adds a bonus on top of your regular pay. The bonus lands automatically once you hit the streak goals.

To become eligible for Streaks, you just have to complete your first five shifts on ShiftRx.

After that it's easy: Complete three shifts in a row and an extra $10 is added to your pay automatically after your next shift. If you continue and get to 5 additional completed shifts, we add $25 to your next payout.

Think of them as a thank-you for showing up consistently, paid on top of the rate you already agreed to for each shift. Once you've got a couple of completed shifts behind you, the next few are worth a bit more than they look. Keep your run going and the bonuses keep coming.
