What changed

The Facility Portal sidebar now has two distinct modes: Shifts Mode and Jobs Mode. Everything that existed before is still there. It's been reorganized. If you're looking for something and can't find it, switching modes is almost always the answer.

You toggle between the two using the switch at the top of the sidebar.

What's in Shifts Mode

This is your day-to-day staffing mode. Your shift listings, provider applicants, preferred and blocked providers, shift schedule, and provider payments all live here. Use Shifts Mode when you're filling coverage, reviewing who applied, or managing your provider relationships.

What's in Jobs Mode

This is your hiring mode. Job listings, hiring pipeline applicants, interview and trial shift scheduling, and candidate communications all live here. Use Jobs Mode when you're filling a permanent or long-term role.

Payments and Facilities appear in both modes so you can access billing and location settings from wherever you are.

Common "where did it go?" questions

My shift listings are gone. Switch to Shifts Mode and go to Shifts.

I can't find my preferred or blocked providers. Shifts Mode, then Providers.

My job postings disappeared. Switch to Jobs Mode and go to Jobs.

I can't see my hiring applicants. Jobs Mode, then Applicants.

My interview calendar is empty. Interview events live in Jobs Mode, under Schedule. Shift coverage events are in Shifts Mode, under Schedule.

One thing worth telling your team

The two-mode structure affects everyone who logs in to your account. If you have staff who use the portal day-to-day, make sure they know about the toggle. It's easy to land in the wrong mode and assume something is missing.
