Job Post Limits and Your Subscription Plan
Who this is for: Facility administrators managing job listings and billing CS use: Send when a facility can't post a new job, sees a "limit reached" message, or has questions about what their plan includes
Why there's a limit
The number of active job listings you can have at one time is determined by your ShiftRx subscription plan. This is separate from per diem shift posting, which isn't affected by job post limits.
If you try to post a new job and see a prompt to upgrade, you've hit your plan's cap.
Checking your current usage
Switch to Jobs Mode, go to Jobs, and look at the top of the page. Your usage is shown there — something like "3 of 5 job posts used." Only active, published listings count toward this number. Drafts and archived jobs don't.
Freeing up a slot without upgrading
If you have listings that are no longer active but haven't been closed, closing or archiving them frees up a slot immediately. Open the listing, select Close Job or Archive, and the count updates right away.
Upgrading your plan
Go to Billing in either mode's sidebar, select Subscription Management, review the available plans, and upgrade. Changes take effect immediately.
Job post limits and provider profile visibility are related
Both are determined by your subscription tier. If you're running into restrictions in multiple places, your plan level is the common thread. Reviewing your current plan in Billing is the fastest way to understand what's included and what requires an upgrade.
