New Hiring, Facility, and Account Tools
Who this is for: Facility administrators managing hiring and account settings CS use: General "what else is new" reference for hiring-side and account management features
Trial Shifts
You can offer a candidate a paid trial shift before making a final hiring decision. From the candidate's profile in Jobs Mode, then Applicants, click Offer Trial Shift once they've reached or passed the Interview Completed stage. Set the hours, date, and location, and save.
Trial shifts appear in your Jobs Mode Schedule calendar, not in the Shifts section. If a facility can't find a scheduled trial, that's where to look.
Duplicate Job Listings
If you have a job post format that works, you can duplicate it instead of starting from scratch. Open the listing in Jobs Mode, then Jobs, click Duplicate, and a copy is saved as a draft. Edit what's different and publish.
Facility Operations Settings
Each facility location has an Operations Settings section where you can record standard details once: parking, dress code expectations for pharmacists and technicians, staff on hand, daily prescription volume, vaccination administration capability, and lunch break info.
Once saved, these details auto-populate every time you create a shift for that location. You can still edit them per shift, but you won't have to re-enter routine information from scratch each time.
To update a facility's settings, go to Facilities in the sidebar, select the location, and open Operations Settings. When adding a new facility, you'll have the option to copy settings from an existing one.
Payment Dashboard
The Payments section now shows a consolidated view: total lifetime payments, what was paid this month, what's pending, and what's on hold. You can filter by status and see payment details by provider. Past invoices are available as downloadable PDFs under Billing, then Invoice History.
Team Member Access and Facility Scoping
You can invite team members with either Admin or User access. Admins have full access to all features and all facilities. Users are scoped to specific facilities you choose when you invite them, so a staff member at one location won't see the applicants, shifts, or providers for another.
To invite someone, go to Organization Settings, then Team Members, then Invite. Enter their email, choose their role, assign their facilities, and send. They'll get an email to set up their account.
If a team member previously had broad access and now seems to have less, check their facility scope in Team Members. It's possible their access was scoped down during the update.
