What changed

When a provider applies to one of your shifts, the amount of profile detail you can see depends on your current ShiftRx subscription plan. If you're seeing limited information where you previously saw a full profile — license details, work history, ratings, credentials — this is tied to your plan level, and it's expected behavior.

What's included at each plan level

On the Basic plan, you'll see a provider's name and role when they apply. Clicking through to their full profile will prompt you to upgrade.

On Insider and Enterprise plans, full provider profiles are included. You can view credentials, license details, work history, and past ratings directly from an applicant's card.

How to upgrade

Go to Billing in the sidebar (accessible from either Jobs Mode or Shifts Mode), then select Subscription Management. Choose a plan that includes full profile access and follow the prompts. Your new plan takes effect immediately.

If you see an upgrade prompt when clicking a provider

That's the portal telling you your current plan doesn't include full profile visibility. It's not a bug. The upgrade steps above will restore access.

Still not working after upgrading?

If you've upgraded to Insider or Enterprise and still can't view full profiles, contact ShiftRx support with your facility name and the provider you're trying to view. That's worth escalating.
